Final Photos and an Accident

A bright sunny day, showing off the bright white siding and pretty blue roof.

The back of the house, with the new deck. Hugh Alcorn built it!

A beautiful 1/2 acre

Dining room

Cozy Kitchen - but really needs more working space and light.

Family Room

New jacuzzi tub (now 10+ yrs old and will likely be yanked out)

Lower Bedroom

Master Bedroom (upstairs) I never touched the wallpaper that was there...shoot me!!

Upper Bathroom. Before I left, I painted the floor white.

DESTRUCTION!! A teenage boy driving too fast down 19th Avenue

Car completely written off

Insurance would not cover the replacement of the hedge...

Insurance covered a new picket fence but the guy who built it did not use pressure treated wood or galvanized nails. It has not stood the test of time.

After the fence and hedge...right through the side yard

Across the side yard and over the creek, landing on the other side!

There was already a gap in the fence here, which he sailed through. Young man completely unscathed.

These final photos were taken for the MLS Listing when we put it up for Sale.

Soon after, the Hedge Incident happened.   I think it was Karma... we took it off the market after that.
